If you have been to Los Cabos, you should already know how lucky the people here are. And if you have not been to this incredible place, or if you are still making up your decision, maybe this article can help you gather the arguments to make a move.

First, I would like to explain what we mean when we say Los Cabos. Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo are the two main towns that form the municipality of “Los Cabos,” with other adjacent smaller towns and areas such as Todos Santos, El Pescadero, or the East Cape. Each of them with its own particular charm and offer to their residents and visitors.

We call Los Cabos a paradise because of the incredible weather we have all year round and the pretty beaches. The people who envisioned this place to become what it is now had it clear. That vision still remains, everybody here is committed to continuing the legacy, and we all sum efforts to be the best destination in Mexico. Apart from the gorgeous spots where you can immerse yourself in nature, we have a wide variety of activities for everybody.

Some people think of Los Cabos as a small town with big city vibes, but once you are here, you realize we are still a small town without the crowds of bigger cities. Here you can still find miles of secluded beaches or off-roading trails. For nature lovers, there is always something to do, depending on the season. During winter, we see our true natives, the humpback and gray whales, who come here to mate and give birth. Summer is the best time to go hiking and chase waterfalls.

For the social type of people, the destination keeps setting a high standard, given the quality of restaurants and bars we have all around the area. We can find many options in Downtown San Jose, which you should visit at least once on a Thursday evening, Cabo Marina or along the resorts in the corridor.

The truth is, chances are, being here, you will only want the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and relax with a glass of wine, looking at how the sky changes its colors at sunset, like Casa de Sueños. Those moments we overlook most of the time give us the perfect excuse to reflect and recognize the simplicity of life.

These are just a few reasons that mix together with others to create this unique place. The people who came here once and then decided not to leave will not let me lie. I wish I could come here and see it all again for the first time; I am sure I would be marveled.

If you think you are late to own a little piece of paradise, please look at our project Playa Blanca where it all comes together in one place. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, hiking around the corner, and breathtaking ocean views, all under $1M.

Say hello, and let me answer all your questions and tell you my recommendations to fill up your plans.
