A Night in New Orleans: Los Cabos is one of those places in Mexico that, when a culturally enriching event takes place, it is most likely bound to be a smashing success. This is probably because Los Cabos is filled with really friendly, well-meaning folks – both locals and foreign residents – whose souls, hearts and minds usually converge in the right place for a good cause. Nothing can go wrong when this happens.

Such is the case of A Night in New Orleans, an event that will take place for the 13th occasion to benefit the Baja S.A.F.E. Humane Society, a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by Isabelle Ann Tiberghien. S.A.F.E. is still run by Isabelle herself along with many other good-willed volunteers.

This fun event will take place on March 4th at the Mango Grove in Flora Farms, and it will be framed by a French Quarter atmosphere featuring traditional, finger-licking fare, seasoned by creole flavors and basin street notes. There will also be live Dixieland music by The David Cantoni Trio and other special guests. The dance music of DooWap will also be blasting through the speakers for those who feel like ‘shaking it up’. Also, make sure to bring your wallets or checkbooks, because a silent auction will take place. A special thank you goes out to Baja Boutique Rental Company, who will be working their magic with décor and set up to turn the Mango Grove into a most festive atmosphere.
