Los Cabos is known for its landscapes, culture and location -where the desert meets the sea. One thing which may not be well known about Los Cabos, is living in Los Cabos is completely different from anywhere in the world-it is amenity rich.
Many neighborhoods in the world may not offer the type of amenities Los Cabos has to offer -with beach clubs, golf, spas and concierge services. Next, we have Querencia. This one hits my heart as I am actually a resident of this private community. I have lived in Querencia since I was 15years old, it offers absolutely everything from a members clubhouse-offering activities for kids and adults, a state-of-the-art fitness center-with workout professionals, two restaurants and a gourmet café with smoothies and artisan coffee. This community even offers a spa, where you can book massages, get a hair cut or even a manicure and pedicure. Querencia is even building a full beach club with twenty Ocean Residences available to purchase on one of San Jose del Cabos more popular surfing and snorkeling beaches.
Lastly, we have Puerto Los Cabos, this gorgeous 2,000-acre community located just ten minutes east of San Jose del Cabo. Puerto Los Cabos boasts two golf courses by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman and a world-class marina –currently with 200 slips and dry-stack storage. It features three custom home neighborhoods. One of these neighborhoods is Fundadores, with its own resident’s beach club situated on a very private-feeling beach. Puerto Los Cabos also features three hotels, including the JW Marriott and The Enclaves -A Ritz-Carlton Reserv two of which you can enjoy their amazing amenities for a small daily fee. I also want to add there will be a second members beach club being introduced to all residents of Puerto Los Cabos.
In all Los Cabos has many amenity-rich communities. Many of these communities are self-sustaining, meaning you never need to leave.
