Lemongrass. Mojito

2 oz Ron añejo
1oz lemon grass syrup
1oz lime juice
2 bunch mint
Angostura bitter on top

Celebrate National Mojito: Combine all the ingredients into a glass macerated for 5 seconds and then add crush ice, finish with sparkling water, bitter and fresh mint on top.
