All the cabinets and main doors are made from Perota with beautiful grains and medium finish. The back-entry room has Perota cabinets with tons of storage including two banks of drawers, a large deep cabinet, and a single oversized stone granite sink with window above. The kitchen and entry room both have trash located under sink and out of view. The house is plumbed with copper and has a 100 amp service. A Generac 8kw Generator is located near the banana plantation downstairs. Numerous receptacles and switches were strategically placed. From the living area a door closes off the master bedroom/bath area. To the right is the bedroom and to the left is the bathroom. Two narrow windows bring in the cool air either side of the bed and two 5' windows that view the sea. The bedroom is oversized so a desk could be placed under the windows. There is even enough room for a free-standing large armoire. A short distance from the bedroom takes you to the oversized bathroom.
