An automatic gate opens at the property’s entry, where there is ample parking for six or more vehicles. Owners and guests are welcomed at the entrance of Chi Chi Mar through a walking garden oasis.
The compound consists of three structures – approximately 4,000 square feet of indoor living space. The great room features a double-bar area, a large living room space opening to the terrace, and a 40-foot swimming pool with a heated, soaking spa. A generous pool terrace features a sixteen-seat banca with a firepit and views. To the left of the banca is the ample outdoor dining area with an ocean-view grilling station and built-in pizza oven. The great room has a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s preparation kitchen. The large kitchen layout and bar encourage guests and chefs to interact in the “Comida del día.”

The casitas are four-bedroom suites in an independent two-level structure. The spacious suites offer views of the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez, framed by palm trees and terracotta rooflines. All are king suites offering airy private terraces and coffee stations with mini-fridges. The primary suite has a large terrace with a private garden area.
A traditional brick service building includes full-size laundry, a staff bath, and storage.
